Sharadiya is Managing Director of Good Capital Project. She has worked across asset management in institutional client businesses, in corporate banking, and for a brief while at a currency trading exchange. She aims to leverage her experience and learning of “mainstream” financial services in her current pursuit of enabling capital movement towards segments that need it the most. She has a BSc in mathematics and statistics, an MBA from Indian School of Business, and an MPA with a focus on economic policy from Columbia University.

Grace Stone is an Operations Associate on the Good Capital Project team. She focuses on project management, research, and supporting various initiatives. Prior to Good Capital Project, she lived in Jordan and worked at an NGO called Syrians Across Borders. She is interested in how education systems affect communities, and as a result was later the COO of an ed tech startup that grew through Princeton Keller Center’s accelerator program. Grace holds a BA in Politics from Princeton University. She grew up in Chicago, loves music and learning new languages, and is committed to social impact.

Fabienne Blanc is the Operation Associate who helps the Intentional Media team
with behind-the-scene details. She has been part of the SOCAP team, behind the registration desk since 2011. Fabienne is proud that through her work at Intentional Company, she is able to support and enable the visionaries who build a more compassionate world. Fabienne holds a DEA du Droit des Affaires (business law degree) from the Université Lyon III Jean Moulin.

Lindsay Smalling is Chief Executive Officer of Social Capital Markets (SOCAP), convening impact entrepreneurs, investors, and cross-sector leaders to accelerate the market at the intersection of money and meaning. The annual flagship event in San Francisco is the largest conference for impact investors and social entrepreneurs and has drawn more than 20,000 people since 2008.
Lindsay was previously Strategic Initiatives Officer at ImpactAssets, a leading impact investing firm, where she co-authored multiple white papers on impact investing, including The Millennial Perspective: Understanding Preferences of the New Asset Owners, and Seeding the Future: Challenge and Opportunity in Early Stage Impact Investing. She also produced the annual ImpactAssets 50, a public database for investors and their financial advisors, offering an easy way to identify experienced impact investment firms and explore the landscape of potential investment options.
Prior to receiving an MBA at Columbia Business School, Lindsay worked at Entrepreneurs Foundation, consulting with venture-backed, pre-IPO companies on corporate social responsibility programs. She spent the first four years of her career in financial services at Wellington Management and Lord Abbett. Lindsay graduated from Pomona College, where she was a Division III National Champion in water polo.

Community Development Manager
Kate Herrmann is the Community Membership Manager for Conscious Company Media, ensuring that her team’s content, events, and offerings are responsive and relevant to members’ needs, and in service to their success as purpose-driven leaders. Previously, Kate led a grassroots coalition and neighborhood engagement campaign through Austin Habitat for Humanity which resulted to the city’s first cross-sector Home Repair Coalition, and she has served as adjunct faculty at Presidio Graduate School. Kate grew up in Cleveland, Ohio and currently lives in Austin, Texas. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from McGill University in International Development Studies, and an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Presidio Graduate School. JAMIE MCGONNIGAL

Jamie McGonnigal is the Director of Business Development for SOCAP, managing and securing important partnerships to help bring the conference to life Jamie joined SOCAP in 2015 following 5 years running RootsCamp, the nation’s largest “unconference” for progressive organizers from around the globe. Prior to that, Jamie was an award-winning producer of more than 200 Broadway concerts and events, benefiting the Matthew Shepard Foundation, Broadway Cares, Cyndi Lauper’s True Colors Fund, and many others. He spent 3 years running a summer camp for inner city teens with HIV/AIDS, and was a senior ambassador for the UN’s HERO program, overseeing 30 students working on educational infrastructure in rural Namibia and South Africa. In his free time, Jamie can be heard as a voice actor on Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh! and several other animated titles. He lives in Washington DC, with his husband Sean, their puppies Lily & Rose, and they recently welcomed their newborn son, Malcolm.

Lindsay Zizumbo is the President of Intentional Media, a family of brands that include SOCAP, Conscious Company Media and Good Capital Project; dedicated to connecting, educating and inspiring the intentional use of capital and business for good. Previously Lindsay was the Chief Operating Officer of the Sorenson Impact Center whose mission is to marshal capital for social good. In this role, she grew the Center from two employees in 2014 to 40 in 2017, working on over 170 projects and investments around the globe. Lindsay graduated from the University of Utah and lives in Salt Lake City with her husband Devin and two sons.

Senior Product Manager
Liz Maxwell is a Senior Product Manager who develops, curates, and produces the national SOCAP 365 event series and SOCAP’s first podcast, Money + Meaning. Liz believes that a sustainable, regenerative, and democratic economy is possible and within reach: if we choose to build it. Previously, as Chief Dot Connector for the non-governmental U.S. Department of Arts & Culture, Liz spearheaded the inaugural “People’s State of the Union” campaign, attracting 150+ independently organized events across the U.S. in a collective storytelling / poetic address that is now an annual “civic ritual.” She has also served as Artistic Director for the Art Monastery Project, an international artist residency program designed to revitalize underused historic spaces via contemporary cultural development. An award-winning theatre director, writer, and systems thinker, Liz graduated from Louisiana Scholars’ College at Northwestern State University in May 2008 with a double major in Theatre (Minor: Dance) and Liberal Arts (Concentration: Humanities and Social Thought).

Luc Fagerberg is the Chief Operating Officer of Intentional Media, the largest media and conference business in the emerging impact economy and parent company to brands including SOCAP, Conscious Company and Good Capital Project. In this role, Luc helps set the vision for the Company and its underlying brands while working with the team to achieve it. Prior to this, Luc Fagerberg was Head of Business Strategy and PMO at V2V Associates where he was responsible for strategy development and managing the various mandates of the firm. Luc was a partner at Impulse Catalysts, an advisory firm specialized in helping startups navigate the political, business, financial and regulatory landscapes of international markets. His experience includes vast international familiarity – having lived in Switzerland, Pakistan, Namibia, Mozambique, and Brazil. Luc is quadrilingual, graduated from Babson College with concentrations in Finance and Economics. He is dedicated to always learning more and enjoys traveling the world, meeting new people and sharing stories with them.

Meghan French Dunbar is the co-founder and CEO of Conscious Company Media, helping to craft and execute the overall vision and strategy for the company. Meghan believes business can be the largest lever for positive change in the world and works with the Conscious Company Media team to help business owners, executives, and professionals understand how to do so. She previously worked in the nonprofit field at the Environmental Defense Fund and Slow Money before making the transition to media. Meghan holds bachelors degrees in English and Journalism from the University of Colorado and received her MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School.

Marianne Schnall is CEO and Co-Founder of What Will It Take Movements. Marianne is a widely published writer and interviewer whose work has been featured in a variety of media outlets including Forbes, CNN.com, The Huffington Post, Refinery 29, O, The Oprah Magazine, Marie Claire, TIME, AOL Build, the Women’s Media Center, and many others. She is also the founder and Executive Director of Feminist.com, a leading women’s website and nonprofit organization.
Marianne is the author of “Daring to Be Ourselves: Influential Women Share Insights on Courage, Happiness and Finding Your Own Voice” and “What Will it Take to Make a Woman President? Conversations About Women, Leadership, and Power.”
Marianne is a contributor to WAMC’s nationally syndicated show 51% The Women’s Perspective, and has been featured on NPR, the BBC and CNN. Marianne graduated from Cornell University with a BA in English and a graduate of the Women’s Media Center’s Progressive Women’s Voices media and leadership training. She was recently honored as one of UN Women’s Champions of Change.
